Customised Building Solutions was formed to create a building company that could provide quality and detailed construction works in the residential sector. We have a background in remedial building works and building inspections that gives us a better perspective on the construction processes and material compatibility.

Our Director Simon is a Licensed builder and has been since 2003,  with previous experience in New residential construction and Remedial repair works.

Anthony Nakhoul

Estimator

Anthony our Estimator has a background in both the Residential and Commercial sector previously working with a Tier 2 construction company.

Together, Simon and Anthony provide a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help our clients decision making when it comes to best building practices and cost efficiency.

We understand the stress and complexity in renovations and upgrading, so we aim to offer our clients as much information and detail before commencing works, so that they are as well informed and prepared for the construction processes.

We also have very strong relations with various suppliers that can provide information and specifications on different building materials that may be required.

Our Aim is to ensure that our clients are well informed and up to date on all works that are being undertaken, which should alleviate any stress and confusion throughout the process.
